Epoxy glue is made up of two toxic elements: the resin and the hardener. When the mixture is perfectly dosed, polymerization makes the cured material relatively stable and neutral. Risks associated with handling epoxy without protection according to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epoxy):
