== Les tôles noires ==
La fonction de la tôle est non pas d'accumuler mais de conduire la chaleur vers la marmite. Les tôles noires recouvrent le fond du four, la planche sud, la porte et l'imposte. Elles peuvent être fabriquées soit à partir d'une tôle d'aluminium peinte en noire, soit tout simplement avec une tôle métallique rouillée de faible épaisseur. Éviter les pierres, l'ardoise ou la terre cuite.

Il faut maintenir un espacement d'environ 1 cm entre la tôle et la paroi du four. Cela permet à l'air chaud de circuler dans tout le four. Pour cela, fixer des petites baguettes en bois sous les tôles; la tôle du fond de four peut s'enlever pour faire le nettoyage de temps en temps, les autres tôles sont fixées à la paroi.

The cleats of all reflectors are fixed on the non-reflective side.
Cut the glass to the dimensions 680 x 510. Before placing the glass, we will use 10 mm sticks (coming from the paneling) on the oblique jambs that should receive it. == The black plates ==
The function of the plates is not to accumulate but to conduct heat to the pot. The black plates cover the bottom of the oven, the top south door and transom. They can be made either from aluminum sheet painted black, or simply with a rusty metal plate of small thickness. Avoid stones, slate or terracotta.

We must maintain a space of about 1 cm between the sheet and the oven wall. This allows hot air to circulate throughout the oven. For this, fix small wooden sticks under the sheets, the sheet metal from the bottom of the oven can be removed for cleaning purpose from time to time, other sheets are fixed to the wall.
